I hit my food calorie goal almost every day this week. I only missed

by a little bit on one day. Finally back on track.

The best thing, though, is that I just had the best workout in ages.

It's getting better and better all the time. I started with a 10

minute dance workout, and then added The Kettlebell Way DVD. This time

I was able to use my 20 lb. and 25 lb. kettlebells this time. That

just makes me feel fierce.

I recovered by sipping my green smoothie while doing about 40 minutes

of Tai Chi drills. This was such a great recovery and cool down.

Hoorah. I love Saturdays.

Ooooh!!! Good stuff ! I hear you on the " fierce " business!!!!It's an awesome workout. I am going to do 's tomorrow. Hopefully I can face it. I heavy-up on that one as well, and it wipes me out!
