Guest guest
I would, saying how worried you are that other people might be mis-led by the report and suggest a totally unannounced follow up visit. And how did they get parent feedback or did school just spin them a line? Sam's school had one last month, it was unannounced, covered residential and school. I just had the reports, they missed outstanding on the basis of a few admin omissions, l like not consequitivey marked incident forms and for somebody walking in a room not to identify immediately the LAC kids (good job I say), not putting enough opportunities in MFL in upper school..................! and although the CHILDREN contribute locally to the community they don't contribute on a NATIONAL and GLOBAL basis. FFS?????????? Sam's teacher who is head of upper school argued the toss with them for over an hour for saying no communication aids in class, you can't walk a step anywhere in that school without pictoral, photogrpahic and TEXT, the chap didn't even go into the classroom, just stuck his head around the door arghhhhhhhhhhhhhhh Mandi x Can I contact OFSTED and ask they change this? Guest guest
Wow, I like that a LOT! Mandi x I think that it really is time for Special Needs to be renamed Raising Achievements... so that there is more of an expectation on these kids actually learning something at School.
