I would move it to a more stable location. The movement will disturb the

new SCOBY that is trying to form and instead of getting one nice thick

SCOBY you might get some thin layered SCOBYs or a less defined SCOBY mass

because the jostling causes the process to keep having to start over.

But that's just my opinion. :-) Your mileage may vary.

Hi , I advise you to locate your brew in an undisturbed place if you

want to have a well formed scoby. The brew will still ferment fine, but

the bacteria in your brew (scoby-builders) can't form the scoby so well

if there is constant disturbance. It's not a great issue, though. You'll

still end up with a good Kombucha Tea.
