Guest guest Posted July 29, 2010 Report Share Posted July 29, 2010 last night did amy dixon give me 10 cardio and bell segments. i like the cardio alright but just not feeling the bell segment. i can't use my heavier bells and some of the moves are ackward with my 15lber(its a cheapo gold's gym one from wal mart and the handle is terrible) i might try it with a dumbbell the next like the modifier to see how that works for me. i like amy's workouts but i don't care for yet another good instructor doing messed up swings LOL. this morning did 10 minute solutions knockout body two cardio segments(no gloves used). then did a tabata bell workout 8 cycles 20on/10off with swings,cleans,and snatches. went for a long 1 1/2 hour walk after dropping viola and friend off at camp. i just finished quick fix cardio mix low and funky dance and upper body kickboxing followed with the band stretch segment on stretch max with cathe. achievement night at the camp tonight so i don't think i will fit anything else in.maybe do some stretching while watching burn notice. catch up later.
