Have you considered freezing your milk and buying a month of milk at a time? I

freeze my extra milk and once it is thawed you can't tell the difference between

frozen and fresh. If it separates a little you can just shake it up or blend it

a little bit. Yes, you need to make sure you actually show up so you are

sticking the farmer with extra milk.
