Jen's exercise for Friday 11/05/10I did CLX's Burn Intervals - 46.16 minutesI thought I would do better with this workout than I did last January, and I did do A LOT better. When it came time for the Sumo Burpees my arms were pretty tired but I managed to do 10 regular Sumo Burpees without modifications. Next time though, I'm going to do 20 with modifications because my form wasn't very good because I was trying to keep up with Chalene and her crew....not possible! So next time I'm going to do modifications and take my time.I had a hard time whenever we did jumping, not because of my knees but because of my BRA! It's way too big for me now. Not only is it too big around but the cup size is also too big. My poor "girls" were bouncing all over the place

LOL! Time to go bra shopping.I did 5lbs for all of the exercises that required weights but next time I'm going to use 3lbs for the tricep exercises. My triceps are so weak.Anyway, I LOVED it! And I'm sure the more I do it the more I will improve and love it even more., I know why you love it, it's all the kickboxing right??? You kickboxing junkie YOU!p.s. I'm planning to start doing only ONE DVD a day because I haven't used my DVDs in months...probably since Feb/March and I don't want to over-do it. So I will be modifying my CLX rotation that way and I also want to add in some of the deluxe set DVDs, for variety and EXTREME torture! I also want to walk once a day and eventually get up to two walks a day. I still want to do all of my Self Challenge walks I've collected over the years and the other walking programs I have.So that's my
