CLX: Burn Circuit 1 + Turbo Jam: Cardio Party Mix #1

Good morning!  I don't have much time to review my workout - off to a Sharepoint class today! For Burn Circuit 1 I went up in most weights:sumo squat w/hip lift - 35 lb kettlbell to 40 lb kettlebell

lunge w/core rotation - 20 lb kettlebell to a 25 lb kettlbell (arms also got sore from this!)squat w/side bend - two 25 lb kettlebells to two 30 lb kettlebellsfwd lean lunge w/dble posterior flys - 5 lb dumbells to 8lb dumbells

I went down in one exercise as my form had faltered the first time:lunge w/posterior fly - went from a 12lb dumbell down to a 9lb dumbell - much better choice for me to truly lead with the pinkyI had time for a 2nd workout so I did Turbo Jam Cardio Party 1 - SO MUCH FUN!!!  Favorite sections include the Tae Kwon Do punches from Round 22 and also the Finesse from Round 22.  I stretched on my own with a yoga strap.  Still working on the tight adductor that is causing my knee problem!

Tomorrow calls for a rest day and I am gonna sleep in and take it ;)Happy Thursday!

Tomorrow calls for a rest day and I am gonna sleep in and take it ;)Happy Thursday!

Hugs, thank you, Darcy!  I feel great, and stronger!  While I've only lost 1 lb from this, my workout pants are loose and my face is thinner.  I'm firming up for sure, and this knowledge is helping me with my eating and wine too - it's an upward spiral!

This rotation will more than likely take 16 weeks instead of 12 and I'm fine with that, I'm excited to see what I look and feel like early next year!

Soooo awesome, I love your attitude!  I have been clean eating for over 70 days now, and I feel GREAT..PHENOMENAL... wow, the crappy eating is just so not worth it!!

Hugs, thank you, Darcy!  I feel great, and stronger!  While I've only lost 1 lb from this, my workout pants are loose and my face is thinner.  I'm firming up for sure, and this knowledge is helping me with my eating and wine too - it's an upward spiral!
