Wed - PowerFit Harmony Triple

Hi Everyone,

We had a sleep over last night - (bad timing w/ it being a school night, but was pitching in to help out a friend who was traveling for business) - and it went well. My DD's first sleep over and the first one for her friend, too. The girls were great and I actually got sleep! :)

So, this morning was cardio. Since it is my last week of my PowerFIT rotation I decided to do PowerFIT Harmony cardio workouts - I did Move It and Pure Power. By modifying up I get a decent workout from these - my modifications are to wear my weighted gloves, use the largest range of motion, add in arm movements, and on occasion add some impact in. I also use a step in place of teh band for her "step on the floor" routines.

After both of these, I tried out the cardio/sculpt routine on 10 Min Solution Belly, Butt & Thigh Blasters. It was an ok routine but the band got annoying b/c it kept slipping and then it got tangled up and sort of hurt! I was wearing capri length pants though so this one may be a better one to do with full length pants/leggings so the band doesn't cut into your flesh! The routine itself was ok - except for that. I enjoyed the routines i did yesterday more.

Finally, I did PowerFit Harmony Pure Power - a core/yoga-ish workout. So, good for a little core work and a little stretch.

Tomorrow I plan to do another triple - Strong Pull, Strong Push and Body Balance. Then, Friday will be the Weight Watcher's workout again.

Then, on to P90 Masters (with some additions and modifications).

Awesome about the sleepover!  Sawyer had his first not long ago too :)
