10 Minute Solution: Pilates

Of all the pilates workouts I've done so far I think this is my favorite.  It's led by Lara Hudson, and as with all 10 Minute Solution workouts there are five 10 minute sections.  I did the whole thing. The sections are:

1) abs2) buns & thighs (Winsor's is much harder)3) upper body with light hand weights, I used 5's though she says to use 2's or 3's, emphasis was on the shoulders4) " pilates burn " this was a fun one!  kind of like a pilates vinyasa that included some tricep pushups.  It ends with this (for me) impossible move.  I wish I could describe it.  It looks so easy when she does it but I could barely hold my leg up, I was laughing the entire time

5) flexibility sectionI feel GREAT after doing this!  I really need to do pilates more often, I feel like a sexy ballet dancer when I'm doing it, and I like that you strengthen and lengthen at the same time.  I'm sure I will be sore tomorrow from this.
