D  Asics are AWESOME. I have a narrow foot and do well with Nike but Asics are a close 2nd for me. I have an athletic shoe addiction problem and have literally over a dozen pairs of Nike Air Max 2009's, with a couple variations, 2 are Tailwinds and another is a 2010 model but essentially they are all the same. This may sound indulgent/obessive (and it is) but I've learned the hard way from experience that if you find a pair of athletic shoes that are perfect for you STOCK UP because soon they will be discontinued and who knows when you'll find something of equal comfort again. When I first started teaching Turbo Kick I bought around a doze pairs of the Nike Air Max 60 crosstrainers and am bummed I didn't buy more because I wore them all out and have not found a crosstrainer as wonderful as these since.
