Guest guest Posted September 29, 2010 Report Share Posted September 29, 2010 Well, my new, gentle wake up alarm was a little too gentle, so I overslept. I slept well, LOL! I had 20 minutes for a workout, so I threw in Iron Core Way Vol 1 with Lurie. Job done! Will do a walk/BART commute today. The train was PACKED yesterday because of the heat and because of delays. I was glad that I didn't take my bike because there wouldn't have been room. I logged all my food yesterday. I had some sparkling water with Myers lemon " on the rocks " and two very cold, fresh nectarines after dinner yesterday (small nectarines). It was so hot, and that really hit the spot.
