developed by trial and error in 1994 and have been using and sharing worldwide

ever since.

I have given away the recipe for free online for many years and recently decided

to also put it up on Amazon Kindle for $4.99. I described it as a detailed

instruction manual, a recipe, which it is, and never claimed it was a whole book

about Kombucha.
