Please keep us up to date on your Masters Rotation! I was going to do the Master Rotation after doing P90 but I never finished P90, lolVennitta

Hi Everyone,

Today was Day 1, Week 1 of my P90 Masters Rotation - the workout was Sculpt 5/6.  I didn't get a whole lot of sleep last night and nearly blew it off, but, eventually I did get with the program and got going!  This one is set up as a circuit - each circuit contains:

Chest Exercise - typically push-ups and variations of push-ups are used

Back Exercise - typically variations on rows (or " heavy pants " as Tony calls them)

Shoulder Exercise

Bicep Exercise

Tricep Exercise

Leg Exercise - body weight exercises

This circuit repeats 4 times with different exercises.

There are two backgrounders with Tony - Bobby (who is in the P90X workouts and who I have a little crush on! :)) and .  works on doing higher reps with lighter weights and Bobby demonstrates the exercising using bands.  Tony participates here and there and walks around the rest of the time.

Overall, it was a good workout. The con for me is a lot of the back exercises require a forward leaning posture, which can be tough on my back - so I need to be extra aware of my form with those.  Today I was fine, though.

I also didn't go as heavy as I could today - I wasn't sure what to use - so I erred on the side of caution and ended up going too light for most of the exercises.  Next time, I will bump everything up a notch.

Tomorrow is my day off but Monday I will do Sweat 5/6 from P90M  and will add on  some ab/core work.  Probably Pilates.

Take care!!Donna
