Monday - Self Bikini Ready fast

Hi Everyone,

Ugh! I slept in this morning - soooo tired. I think I'm just stressed out. I have a lot going on at work, home, and with some other outside activities. Plus, I need to start getting ready for vacation - both at work and at home. Sometimes I think you need a vacation from the pre-vacation prep! :) Anyway, I will try to take deep breaths and realize it will all get done one way or another.

Anyway, since I slept in I only had time for a short workout. I did Self Magazine's Bikini Ready Fast w/ Ellen Barrett. A nice one - it is a bit like her Studio Workout - Slim Sculpt, but a little more on the athletic side. Glad I got it done, though.

I think I have a plan for the next two weeks, I'm going to pull out my FitPrimes and Kickbutts (those always lift my spirits and give me a decent workout w/out killing me). So far, my plan is to do each "pair" (ex. Metaboost/Flexposture, Pump/Lean, Strong Bear/Fast Cheetah. etc.) and then do a run/walk/bike ride on the third day. I won't have time to get through them all but this is what I'm thinking for now:

Tuesday - Lean

Wed - Pump

Thurs - Cardio (run, walk, bike)

Friday - Metaboost

Sat - Flexposture (so I still get my stretchy day in!)

Sun - Cardio

Mon - Strong Bear

Tues - Fast Cheetah

Wed - Cardio

Thurs - Push/Pull

Fri - Steamin' Cardio

Sat - Cardio (or nothing since we are leaving at the crack of dawn!)
