Guest guest
you could try reducing the size of your scoby. i do continuous brew and sometimes scoby gets too powerful. i cut it in half and it seems to settle the speed down gail > ** > > > I periodically intentionally take mine to vinegar (part of my diet plan) > and it does take a bit of doing to get it back to my yummy KT. Guest guest
For tea,,, have you tried www.Iherb.com ? They are GREAT and I get alot of my Uncle Lee teas there. If you go use the code WEN537 and you will get either 5% off of five bucks off, I can't remember. LMK what you find as I haven't been there for some time now. XOXO http://wmdramble.blogspot.com/ Another thing I do different that might play into it: I use only green tea. I can't find black or white organic tea bags that are reasonably priced. Did I mention that I'm cheap too?? I really like KT vinegar as well.. has a taste pretty close to apple cider vinegar, and not quite as acidic.
