you could try reducing the size of your scoby. i do continuous brew and

sometimes scoby gets too powerful. i cut it in half and it seems to settle

the speed down

For tea,,, have you tried www.Iherb.com ? They are GREAT and I get alot of my

Uncle Lee teas there. If you go use the code WEN537 and you will get either 5%

off of five bucks off, I can't remember. LMK what you find as I haven't been

there for some time now.

Another thing I do different that might play into it: I use only green tea. I

can't find black or white organic tea bags that are reasonably priced. Did I

mention that I'm cheap too??

I really like KT vinegar as well.. has a taste pretty close to apple cider

vinegar, and not quite as acidic.
