Guest guest
Did about 30 min walk with dogs this AM. Going to Caps preseason hockey game tonight and agility this weekend. I hope to do some abs/pilates and walk but that will be it.I watched the instructional dvd for MB45 kettlebell workout. They do a great job going thru each exercise with lots of form cues. I think angela said she did Kettlebells during her ankle injury. I am going to try this I will just have to be careful with not squating too low and keeping knees soft but think this will build muscles around knees and drop some weight.judy in dc
Guest guest
Hi Judy,I think you can definitely adapt the depth of the squats and still get a good cardio and strength effect. I think that KBs allow for all sorts of modifications while still giving you some great fitness gains. Best wishes! Did about 30 min walk with dogs this AM.
