Guest guest Posted September 26, 2010 Report Share Posted September 26, 2010 I had no idea what I wanted to do this morning.. I wanted a high calorie burner, but didn't feel like working hard to get it! LOL.. Well, I chose Bob's Cardio Conditioning workout...and I worked hard! Yowsers. I think I've done this one only once before. Very tough workout. I love the timer on it. It helped me make it through. I modified some of the moves as my back was talking to me a bit and getting fatigued. Those suitcase deadlift swings..don't like them much. I used my 25 lb kettlebell for most, but grabbed my 18 for a couple things as well. I burned 657 with my average of 134.
