Guest guest Posted August 17, 2010 Report Share Posted August 17, 2010 Jen's exercise for Monday 08/16/10Walked in every court in where I live - 30 minutesWater exercise class where I live - 1 hourWater exercise using Clorox bottle and doing "bicycling" with my legs and various other exercises - 45 minutesWater exercise using dumbbells and fins - 55 minutesSwimming laps - Free, Back and Breast stroke - 25 minutesI was able to swim further with the Free stroke...it's nice to see myself making progress. JenI feel GREAT now that I'm exercising. I've really missed it and I can't understand why some people don't like to exercise...it's so much FUN and makes me feel good, inside and out!
