My mom got me some Buns of Steel workouts from a thrift store and I was hoping the step ones would be as you describe - easy to follow yet a good solid workout!Abs of Steel 1 and 2 were too easy for me but #3 is really good! It starts out easy but by the time you get to the 3rd segment you're hurtin'! Of course the original BOS with Greg ey is a classic keeper; I'm curious about the other ones. I like the T'ai Chi BOS tape a lot. It's easy and very meditative. I feel spiritually fabulous after doing it! Not nuts about the yoga one. The Cole one, Power Stretch, is very good too!
