Trainers Edge Killer Abs and Back with Olajide Spreen - Absolute Kickboxing Spreen - Cardio Combat Surge Amy Bento - Rumble They arrived today. I haven't looked at them yet. I got a netflix DVD in today, it's Jari Love, Get Ripped. I am going to do it tomorrow after a long hard day at work, we'll see how that goes.
