Guest guest
I've only done TD DMPS on me so far, I might as well do me as I am getting up for Sam every other weekend, its much harder now than when I was younger which is why I dod TD DMPS one weekend and DMSA/ALA the next Mandi x I'm trying to follow an iodine protocol, so I am eating alot of sea salt as well as other supplements. I feel fine. I was sleeping fine until I tried an AC chelation round on myself - never again - I couldn't cope with the lack of and disturbed sleep. Guest guest
Hi Mandi, I'm taking 5-6 drops per day in the morning. When the bottle is finished I'm going to use Iodoral instead as there are two forms of iodine in there. I'm trying to follow an iodine protocol, so I am eating alot of sea salt as well as other supplements. I feel fine. I was sleeping fine until I tried an AC chelation round on myself - never again - I couldn't cope with the lack of and disturbed sleep. > > Thanks Sandy, I feel better already but now not sure f that is the 70mls of > KIB 500 or the TriQuench lol, repeat after me, don't try two things at > once, OK Mandi, I'll try to remember next time > > Mandi x > > > In a message dated 30/11/2010 17:16:17 GMT Standard Time, > sandyandtim@... writes: > > > > > Hi Mandi, > > I took the vit k recommended dose as a course and was fine. Guest guest
It is very hard - I'm the wrong side of 50 to be doing this. My dd does not want to be woken up in the night - I'm wondering whether to try the TD DMPS - does this remove mercury from the brain? > > I've only done TD DMPS on me so far, I might as well do me as I am getting > up for Sam every other weekend, its much harder now than when I was younger > which is why I dod TD DMPS one weekend and DMSA/ALA the next > > Mandi x > > > In a message dated 30/11/2010 21:33:20 GMT Standard Time, > m.kidson60@... writes: > > I'm trying to follow an iodine protocol, so I am eating alot of sea salt > as well as other supplements. Guest guest
Yes, lets advise the young whipper snappers t do it before they hit 50, that's my problem too lol DMPS is good stuff and may draw some out but you really have to use ALA to do a good job, maybe one weekend a month do oral and the rest TD DMPS? I feel I am at least doing something when I use TD DMPS although its waaay too expensive to be using on me, so I save that for Sam Mx It is very hard - I'm the wrong side of 50 to be doing this. Guest guest
Quite Mandi!! It looks like its a no-no for me at the moment - my sleep has to come first! Why can't we have slow release capsules!
