I've only done TD DMPS on me so far, I might as well do me as I am getting up for Sam every other weekend, its much harder now than when I was younger which is why I dod TD DMPS one weekend and DMSA/ALA the next

Mandi x

I'm trying to follow an iodine protocol, so I am eating alot of sea salt as well as other supplements. I feel fine. I was sleeping fine until I tried an AC chelation round on myself - never again - I couldn't cope with the lack of and disturbed sleep.

Hi Mandi,

I'm taking 5-6 drops per day in the morning. When the bottle is finished I'm

going to use Iodoral instead as there are two forms of iodine in there.

It is very hard - I'm the wrong side of 50 to be doing this. My dd does not want

to be woken up in the night - I'm wondering whether to try the TD DMPS - does

this remove mercury from the brain?

Yes, lets advise the young whipper snappers t do it before they hit 50, that's my problem too lol

DMPS is good stuff and may draw some out but you really have to use ALA to do a good job, maybe one weekend a month do oral and the rest TD DMPS? I feel I am at least doing something when I use TD DMPS although its waaay too expensive to be using on me, so I save that for Sam

It looks like its a no-no for me at the moment - my sleep has to come first! Why

can't we have slow release capsules!
