Guest guest
I don't know your situation but be careful! If you feel any pain at all, stoop asap as you very well may do damage. The main reason I am replying is that when I first got nailed I had the desire to continue to work out as I was a gym rat for most of my life........there are Dr run programs out there that aren't phys. therapy but are similar to it. My one PCP's son opened one up a few years back and he is packed. Unfortunately for me my back went south soon after Stills started and he doesn't think I should do anything other than try to walk when I can....which I try to do as much as possible, but only can really do it in the summer through early fall. Just an idea, hope everything works out for you.
