I everyone, i would like a little input, I have a stepper for working out i

have used it for the past 4 years very fall

my Dr. told me not to use it, but I thought if i was careful and go slowly it

would still work, i lose about 15lbs in 6 weeks using it

The Dr. never told me why.??....Will it put me into a flair or damaged my joints

if it the joints it wouldn't be any different then going up and down

stairs or walking( I would take it really slow) I don't want to get that sick

again!

Thanks Shar

I don't know your situation but be careful! If you feel any pain at all,

stoop asap as you very well may do damage. The main reason I am replying is

that when I first got nailed I had the desire to continue to work out as I

was a gym rat for most of my life........there are Dr run programs out there

that aren't phys. therapy but are similar to it. My one PCP's son opened one

up a few years back and he is packed. Unfortunately for me my back went

south soon after Stills started and he doesn't think I should do anything

other than try to walk when I can....which I try to do as much as possible,

but only can really do it in the summer through early fall.

Just an idea, hope everything works out for you. Kirk.
