Guest guest
There is definitely a lot more involved in milking camels. They have to be milked with the calf beside mom so she will let her milk down. They do get used to it but need animals who have been handled before and why you start with young animals. Also it is the dromedary you milk not the bactrian as they are just not built the right way. It takes time and patience and training. This is from all the people I have spoken with and will be doing myself as soon as farm is open. They are big and a little more friendly than the water buffalo for milking. So anyone interested in coming on board please do so the more we have promoting this milk for its benifits. Look up articles for autism, diabetes, chrones disease, milk allergies, . This milk the closest thing to mothers milk. The word needs to be put out there. Thanks Chris CamelDairy-subscribe
