That's a major accomplishment! has great exercises for the lower stomach on the abs/glutes tape and also on the studio advanced and the advanced from the live 4-pack. AL5 also provides an incredible workout for the abs. Plus, you can work your abs during every single taebo move. Work on keeping your abs tight each time you punch, do a knee raise, ... . You will find that your form actually improves (as well as your stomach muscles). I dont' recommend just doing crunches because there are several muscles in (or near?) the abs, only one of which the crunches work.
