<< Hi, everyone I'm back from Chicago! >>

Hey Elena! It's good to have you back! I've been wondering how you felt

after your trip! I'm so glad you're doing better! Way to go on the Nordic

Trak, the walking AND taking the medicine! I'm so glad you're not in pain

anymore! I hope you had a nice holiday and I'm glad you're back here with

us! :-)

Welcome back, Elena! I'm so glad you didn't have any added trouble with your

back. Way to go on getting all that walking in and your nordic track

workout! It's so great hearing that you are doing a lot better.

By the way I did the nordic track today for 40 min.!

In Chicago (in the rural suburbs), I walked so much

Great brags Elena :o)!!!!! I'm glad to hear that you

did well with the drive. That's a long time for

anyone. I'm glad the new meds are working for you and

that you're able to take them without fear.

It's great to hear from you!!!!!! I'm so glad you are feeling better. Does

your doctor know what is causing the spasms in your back?

Basically, I have a terrible back, LOL. I had back surgery years ago and back

problems since then. Before Sept. 2001, however, (and after the surgery), my

back hasn't really interfered with my life much. Various little things caused

the spasms this time. I hope that I can do taebo again. We'll see. I

definitely do not want to mess up my back anymore, though.

Elena, who's just happy that she can do some exercise now
