Does your doctor know what is causing the spasms in your back? Basically, I have a terrible back, LOL. I had back surgery years ago and back problems since then. Before Sept. 2001, however, (and after the surgery), my back hasn't really interfered with my life much. Various little things caused the spasms this time. I hope that I can do taebo again. It was my wifes birthday and we used our day off to the max. lol We drank and ate our little hearts out but ate clean the rest of the weekend, whew. Have a Happy BFL day!
