I would like to start making cheese at home and would like to buy raw milk to do this. We were grain farmers for 30 years but now have moved on to other things. I am also a spinner and weaver. It will be interesting to see if I can accomplish this new goal of mine. I do not have a dairy that is real close, but do know of one that is about 1-1/2 hrs away.
