He started me on 12.5 mg per day, and has been increasing it by that much once

each week. I'm in my third week, up to 37.5mg per day.

I've seen other posts here about starting high and tapering back, and I

questioned why he wasn't doing that. He said it was because he knows that I'm

really sensitive to meds in general and he thought it might be too dangerous to

start at a higher dose that might bring my BP down too low and too rapidly.

I am more likely to start higher and them move up or down as needed but only been doing this for 45 years. How may PAs has he treated BTW?CE Grim MDI've seen other posts here about starting high and tapering back, and I questioned why he wasn't doing that. He says he's had 30 PA cases since he started his practice. One was

adrenalectomy 15 years ago and she is doing fine. The rest are all spiro.
