ymca cardio/abs

ahhh got back a little while ago from another fun trip(alone ) at the ymca. i did 22 minutes on the bikes did some ab work on and off the machines. they have a corner to do floor work so i did some back extensions on the ball about 2 sets of 10 did some standing ab twists with the body bar and did some stretching. i used the decline bench for 2 sets of 10 crunches did the seated crunch machine and the oblique machine. the back machine was a popular choice today so that is why i took myself to the corner to do extensions on the ball. after doing some stretching i went to the downstairs room where they have teh free weights and more machines. i jumped on this crossramp deal which is part elliptical but the option of increasing the incline. 20 minutes and i was spent!!! great buns workout for

sure and i may have found my new favorite cardio machine LOL. afterwards the nice young man showed me some of the stuff i wasn't familiar with and tucked away in the corner of the weight room just behind the racks of dumbbells were about 5 kettlebells!!!!! oh i was telling him how much i was loving working with the kettlebells. so stoked. my only problem is how to fit all this in,what my plan should be, and what about my poor videos LOL!! sure i will figure it all out. so far my plan is to still do something every morning(b/c getting to the y that early is almost impossible and never mind busy as i have been told) then if i have nothing else scheduled THEN do something after work like for at least 45 min. weekends up in the air b/c i will have viola and the child watch is a bit flaky on its schedule on the weekends. and that dang cross ramp has made my mid back sore i am feeling a nice worked out burn there LOL. shoulders are

pretty jelloed out too. but i told the trainer there i love my workouts i have at home and just can't part but i will get creative since many of the classes are not on my schedule that would be my class at home LOL. well cathe and amy are class instructors so i guess that counts!. most likely swimming later! off to have a salad before heading out for laundry. i promised viola burger king but we have to have salads before we go. so at least i won't have a huge appeitite when i get there and get tempted for something fried. seems when i am really hungry i want fried foods darnest thing. kassia fitness blogmy domainSpecial Needs Scouting Too many people spend money they haven't earned to buy things they don’t want to impress people they don’t like.-Will
