Guest guest
3 cups raw. I vary the greens daily but according to FitDay, 3 cups of mixed greens total about 48mg sodium. > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > Just saw the nephrologist for the first time since > > > > > > > starting spiro last > > > > > > > > > > > > Wednesday. Guest guest
I was wondering about that - I mostly drink plain old tap water because I'm leary of the BPA in the plastic bottles. I found a water quality report that lists sodium as 83ppm for my city's " secondary " water source, but does not provide data for the " primary " water source. > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > Just saw the nephrologist for the first time since > > > > > > > starting spiro last > > > > > > > > > > > > Wednesday. Guest guest
Dr. Young at Mayo Clinic in Rochester was astonished that my urine Na was " too low to quantitate. "  He said the average Minnesotan's was 150. Val From: hyperaldosteronism [mailto:hyperaldosteronism ] On Behalf Of Clarence Grim… Chances are he has never had a pt adhere to an 800 Mg a day sodium diet. Guest guest
But if you look at how much Na is in your water it is likely not the cause. It is more the amt of water that makes on pee not the sodium. Unless you have PA of course.'Thank you very, very much! I noticed many years ago that I go much more frequent at night time when I drink not distilled water. After many years of experimenting I installed home water distiller. Everybody (including me) thought that I am crazy. But it works. Now finally I got explanation!!!!! I never even suspected that water contains NA:-)Cannot imagine, Francis, how much I appreciate your comments!!!!!Natalia To: hyperaldosteronism Sent: Thu, June 30, 2011 9:32:13 PMSubject: Re: spiro, week 1 - my BP is still running high Also check water for NA. May have to check with city water dept. Only way to not have NA in water is to only use distilled water. > > > > > > > > > > >> > > > > > > > > > > Just saw the nephrologist for the first time since> > > > > > starting spiro last> > > > > > > > > > > Wednesday.
