They had sloppy joes there too but I had all ready ate out with friends before going to the party. I did Amy's Advanced Step Challenge 3. I still get confused on a couple of the moves (dorothy),, and then there's one other. but, not so much is frustrates me or brings my heart rate down. Wow. Every time I peeked at my heart rate I was in the 160's. What a great workout. Afterwards, I did the 2nd ab segment off of the DVD too. I didn't care for it much at all though. I really didn't feel it. Not impressed. That was 17 minutes long. I shut my HRM off at 1 hour and 33 minutes, and I burned 1052 calories, with my average being 143! Wow. I wish I would have checked it after the cardio alone. I would have loved to seen my average then. Tomorrow, I am resting! I am forcing myself. Although those evil cupcakes are in my house now! My mom gave me some for VD and I kindly told her to take them to church or something because I do NOT need those!
