Solid Gold Step

I finished up the month of January with Christi's Solid Gold Step. I liked it enough, but I was lost on a couple of the moves. In particular, the second combo of the second-half.. Luckily, not enough where it frustrated me too bad. Afterwards, I decided to try out a couple of the bonus sections since I wasn't on a time schedule this morning. I did the squats and push-ups which was 10 minutes, and then the pilates which was another ten minutes. The extras were okay, I can say I will probably never do the pilates section again. The instructor was annoying, and I wasn't impressed. The squats and push-ups was okay.. again, not a fan of the instructor, but it was nice to throw on the end of the workout. I shut my HRM off at 1 hour 17 minutes. I burned 685 calories with my average being 125.
