Guest guest
Wanita, do you take supplements for your metabolic type? If so, what kind? Elaine
Guest guest
No, I don't Elaine. There are protein type supplements and fatty acids, IIRC.To get the supplements you need to either train in metabolic typing beyond the book or go to someone who has taken the training as far as l can tell. Considered doing the training and inquired. Its available online, info in back of book. There is someone on this list who has done this. One thing he has found which l've come to realize is what l mentioned earlier today. Either there are high concentrations of certain types in specific areas or those trained to do advanced testing attract their own types which seem to lean toward the carb type. MTD book says from their findings over the last 40 years the breakdown to U.S. population is 25% carb, 50% mixed, 25% protein with 5% each in carb and protein being hyper to their type requiring more vegetables or more meat than the rest. >Wanita, do you take supplements for your metabolic type?
