Great job, Jen - and great month of workouts with Chalene! Keep it up!

I'm really looking forward to hearing about the Push phase of ChaLEAN.

That sounds like something I'd really enjoy - in 2010, of course. ;)

Jen that's fantastic you worked out 21 days this month! WOO-HOO!

Can't wait to hear about the Push Phase through your reviews!

I have a long way to go with the Burn Phase. I did BC2 today and it

kicked my tail! I feel like I might have to do them all an extra time

through to get the full benefit because I wasn't able to stick to the

schedule as written.

Hey , do think it's possible for me to use bands with my weights to get more resistance? I have up to 10lbs and am planning to get 12's and 14's and 2 lbs wrist weights but I don't know if I want to spend more than that on weights.What do you think? JenSubject: [Exercise
