Could be lectins in some food you eat that isn't right for your blood type.

Thanks for the feedback Wanita. I'm just wondering how I would be able to work

that out. I guess by elimination but I can't go back for blood analysis after

eliminating one food. Though, maybe that's why I'm not digesting very well. So

maybe I should play with my diet and see if my BMs change (they're kind of

undigested and a bit fermented looking!). I didn't think food would be a

culprit as I'm grain free, organic. Guess I'll try dairy/eggs first.

Its from the Metabolic Typing Diet. They consider blood type secondary to

primary regulation of homeostatic controls. Lectins play a role and can be

significant in some people, so they list it to help fine tune if its not

coming together. Don't know if its made a difference for me. Avoid whats on

my blood type list more for peace of mind.
