I'm just wondering how I would be able to work that out. I guess by elimination but I can't go back for blood analysis after eliminating one food. Though, maybe that's why I'm not digesting very well. So maybe I should play with my diet and see if my BMs change (they're kind of undigested and a bit fermented looking!). Lectins play a role and can be significant in some people, so they list it to help fine tune if its not coming together. Don't know if its made a difference for me.
