Guest guest
Health magazine (not my favorite, but someone subscribed me) has an article on Feast/Fasting that is pretty good. They DID do a test on lo-cal mice vs feast/fast mice, and the FF mice did better than CR. Also they give some good explanations of what seems to be happening. Particularly, they have evidence that FF eating makes one less glucose resistant, and that it helps the cells in general become more stress tolerant. Guest guest
Can we have some excerpt, or some link...sounds like fascinating stuff. Or a few more details. BTW, how long were the mice fasted? As I understand it... mice die after 7 day without food. Does this mean that a day's fast is equivalent to a human day's fast..or 4 days of fasting? - > > Health magazine (not my favorite, but someone subscribed me) > has an article on Feast/Fasting that is pretty good.
