Good news for WD'ers

Health magazine (not my favorite, but someone subscribed me)

has an article on Feast/Fasting that is pretty good. They DID

do a test on lo-cal mice vs feast/fast mice, and the FF mice

did better than CR.

Also they give some good explanations of what

seems to be happening.

Particularly, they have evidence that FF eating makes one

less glucose resistant, and that it helps the cells in general

become more stress tolerant.

Can we have some excerpt, or some link...sounds like fascinating

stuff. Or a few more details. :)

BTW, how long were the mice fasted? As I understand it... mice die

after 7 day without food. Does this mean that a day's fast is

equivalent to a human day's fast..or 4 days of fasting?
