How do you carry your salad dressing? I make mine with 1/2 apple cider vinegar and 1/2 EVOO with Mrs. Dash. I store it and it seems like the flavor improves as it sits. I just need to find a good container to put it in that doesn't leak.Thanks,To: hyperaldosteronism Sent:

It's not that hard for sodium, no idea what K content is, though. Throw in a 8 oz of low NA V8 as a snack, 140 mg NA, 820 K, you're still under 1500 mg NA for the day.

I make my own salad dressing now and take it with me when we eat out. 1/2 white vinegar, 1/2 extra virgin olive oil, artificial sweetner to taste. It's not Ranch but you get used to it.
