I think if it were me, I would be listening to my body. I have been

taking Carlson's CLO for 3 years with no ill effects. I take it in

the morning right before any food. My best advise is to listen to

your body...a hard thing to do when so many people are taking it with

no ill effects. I am having to do the same thing with coconut oil.
