I'm curious as to what mineral products everyone is taking with

success? Also what companies? I find getting the minerals sources

way more confusing than vitamins.

My understanding is that a person only needs a trace of minerals. Why

then do you take so many different kinds? It sounds like you are

getting more than a trace. The only form of minerals that I get is

through celtic sea salt, greens and what ever is available in other

good foods. I also take cal/mag.
