Guest guest
I'm curious as to what mineral products everyone is taking with success? Also what companies? I find getting the minerals sources way more confusing than vitamins. Thanks Lynn
Guest guest
My understanding is that a person only needs a trace of minerals. Why then do you take so many different kinds? It sounds like you are getting more than a trace. The only form of minerals that I get is through celtic sea salt, greens and what ever is available in other good foods. I also take cal/mag. ~del > > Pretty good > > Chris > > > >From: Allan Balliett <igg@i...> > >Reply- > > > >Subject: Re: Re: Wallach " Dead Doctors..best > >minerals? > >Date: Mon, 3 Nov 2003 22:17:29 -0500 > > > >This looks pretty good, Chris!!
