Guest guest
While I obviously completely disagree with his dietary suggestions and I might even take an occasional issue with certain points he makes You certainly can't argue with Winnett considering his track record and the fact that at 58 he's a stud that is in far better shape nearing his 6th decade than he was in his 2nd. A claim few can make. I like his approach because it is the sanest for regular everyday folk who really just want to be as healthy and fit as they can. Most workout information out there is pure wrong marketing drivel or its taken from high end athletes who are paid large sums of money in exchange for abusing themselves is freakish and bizarre ways. Winnett's credentials are excellent, he is super well researched and his main focus is SAFETY AND RESULTS simultaneously. While there are better programs out there to get bigger, faster, etc... if everyone reading this followed Winnett's model everyone would be in awesome shape. http://www.ageless-athletes.com/index.shtml
