I have had a batch here and there be a bit more runny than the usual batches, but all in all it has worked good for me. ---->this is how i make mine although i put the ball jars in a soup pot in the oven to keep the warmth in. every batch turns out great, and if i use the milk from a particular farm, it is the best yogurt i have every had - sweet, creamy and gooooeyyy...which i love! and i ALWAY use seven stars as the starter, fwiw.
