I want to start making jerkey too. Is your dehydrator good for that? Is it

cheaper than the excaliber? By the way wanita, i have always wanted to say

thanks to you. way back you suggested i might be a high-oxidizing type and

to try eating high fat. I lost a lot of weight quickly and that was

exciting! then i got pregnant and gained it and THEN some back. But anyway,

i am just now reading Metabolic Typing and didn't even need a pencil for the

test. Funny how one post can turn on the lights!

Elaine,

Make jerky in my dehydrator a lot. Dehydrator was about $200 more than 10

years ago. Is less than Excaliber. Pain washing trays and tray inserts by

hand. Dishwasher better if you have one. With Metabolic Typing, your

problems were pretty much same as mine so l passed on what l'd found to

work to then...LOL. Use bits and pieces that make sense to see if they'll

work. In Metabolic Typing what I use most besides protein type list is

satiety and lectin foods to avoid by blood type.
