Wednesday's workout

Good job fitting this workout in this morning!

That's what I did earlier this week, Kathy, and my triceps and quads

are still sore!

I wonder what weights Jari *really* uses for this routine when she's

by herself. I matched or did more than her too for almost everything,

and I know darn well she's much stronger than I am!

I want to do this one again next week too, now that I have a better

idea of what weights to use.
