Not such clear-cut fun for me I'm afraid.... As a very young child I was forced

to take CLO by the spoonful so had to vote for --

-- CLO is so painfully traumatically disgusting that I don't even consume it --

Truth is I can take it in capsules which I do but not on a regular basis... my

DH used to drink it straight from the bottle but not in my presence...:-)

Are there others on the list on the list with a strong aversion to CLO who take

capsules?

According to the WAPF, the reason CLO tasted awful back in the old

days is that that most of it was rancid, not properly preserved. I use

Carlson's, and the only thing unappetizing about taking it is that I'm

swallowing straight oil. It's no worse than a spoonful of olive oil.

The taste is fine. No fishier than fresh fish.

I hate the taste of fish. All fish any fish. I don't even want a

fish tank!!! ;-) No doubt if I was son I'd have frozen AND

starved to death.

Good clo only should have reasonable fish taste. I think Dedy

mentioned the rancid thing and she's right but good clo just tastes

like fish. Bleeech!

I take it anyway ;-) in liquid form. I've developed many a devious

strategy for taste avoidance. About 80% success rate :)

Suze I agree on the Premiere brand. I forgot to mention that's what

we use also. Have you ever had your D levels checked?

Just fish. I've had the same aversion to things fishy since I was a

kid.
