i have to take 25,000 IU vit A from cod liver oil every day. that's

equivalent to 6 Tbsps. of carlsons or just 2 *teaspoons* of Premiere. don't

know why there's so little vit. A in carlson's(?) premiere is bottle of the

barrel (where the nutrients settle-that could be the reason) and less

processed, i believe than carlsons. i'm not overweight, but i sure don't

need the calories in 6 Tbsps. of CLO nor do i think i need *that* many omega

3s, therefore for me premiere is by far the better choice. in fact i'm not

sure why carlsons would ever be a better choice unless someone needed to

gain weight or needs a lot of omega 3s for some reason. otherwise premiere

seems a better choice. (unless the labeled amount of vit A is way over the

true amount.)

oh, and i have no problem with the taste of either, but i DO get tired of it

by the 6th Tbsp!

we use also. Have you ever had your D levels checked?

----->no, currently don't have the funds for that. my serum CA is a tad low,

so i'm just guessing that my D levels may not be optimal. i do realize that

it would be best to test, and i may do that at some point.
