Guest guest
Hello all, I hadn't been introduced in person to Ambrette seed in the past. i Have just bought a bottle of the co2, and was very surprised by it's smell. I have never smelled musk, so i don't know how to imagine a scent that is reffered to as similar to musk but i was imagining something deep, strong, powerful. that is not how the above mentioned co2 smells, it smells simply... fatty. just like smelling a vegetable fat. nutty, if you will. but oddly vacant of any strong character. it's thick, cloudy and seems to change consistency with the temperature. is this right? is the co2 drasticaly different than the oil? and, i am guessing that with the co2 even more so than the oil it is essential that i add 10% alcohol for preservation, am i right? thank you for any response Hemla
