Manoic and tapioca are the same thing,

both come from cassava, I think. I don't

know why Chebe mix is different, but

it is easier than plain tapioc flour. The

generic name for that kind of bread

is called Pao de Queso, and there are

recipes on the web.

Some health food stores sell it though, so you may be able to

pick up one package to try it.

We got those too! I think they are from those

organic-gardening ladybugs people let loose. I bought

some one year and for 2 years I had infestations. This year,

no ladybugs.
