Guest guest Posted January 9, 2009 Report Share Posted January 9, 2009 I just finished up with Cathe's Cardio Kicks. Had an awesome workout. I don't remember the last time I did this one. It's been a long time. I do so much of Cathe's step and strength workouts, I usually grab something else for kickboxing. Anyway, I had a great workout, and at the end I did a few burn-outs which probably boosted my burn a bit. I burned 732 calories with my average being 153. I now have 3 goals today. Get my upstairs bathroom clean (it's bad), mop my floor (which may be worse), and to rinse diapers. Hope you guys don't mind sharing my " chores " .
